Terms & Conditions
Terms for visitors, members, submitted profiles, verification status, badges, certificates, and use of Reputation Elites.
Platform role
- Reputation Elites provides reviewed credibility profile tools, member workspaces, signed badge/certificate tools, inquiry capture, and public profile presentation.
- Reputation Elites does not guarantee rankings, reviews, leads, sales, revenue, customer outcomes, service quality, legal compliance, or third-party platform approval.
Member responsibilities
- Members must submit accurate, lawful, supportable business information.
- Members must maintain permission to use uploaded logos, photos, credentials, screenshots, reviews, and other assets.
- Members must not submit fake reviews, deceptive credentials, unauthorized media, misleading awards, private records, or unsupported medical, legal, financial, or professional claims.
- Members are responsible for keeping contact details, websites, offers, services, and profile data current.
Review and publication
- Payment unlocks workspace access and plan features; it does not automatically buy public verification status.
- Public profile status, badges, certificates, proof presentation, and profile changes remain subject to Reputation Elites review.
- Reputation Elites may request changes, reject assets, hide content, restrict accounts, or remove public profile elements for quality, policy, security, or compliance reasons.
Account and billing
- Subscriptions may be managed through the member dashboard or Stripe billing portal when enabled.
- Access may be restricted after billing failure, cancellation, abuse, spam, deceptive activity, or policy violation.
- Plan changes may alter available features, location limits, profile tools, reporting, and dashboard access.
