How Reputation Elites handles account, profile, proof, inquiry, billing, and engagement information.

Information we collect

  • Account details such as name, email, login identifiers, selected plan, subscription state, and member workspace activity.
  • Business profile details such as company name, website, phone, category, location, services, social links, Google Business Profile link, and approved public media.
  • Proof assets submitted for review, including screenshots, credentials, logos, documents, or supporting files.
  • Lead, inquiry, claim, report, and correction request details submitted through public forms.
  • Technical and tracking data such as profile views, website clicks, call clicks, social clicks, inquiry events, IP address, and user agent where needed for security, spam prevention, and analytics.

How we use information

  • Operate member accounts and profile workspaces.
  • Review, approve, reject, or request changes to public profile details.
  • Display approved public profile information in the directory, profile pages, certificates, signed badges, and share tools.
  • Provide lead inbox, analytics, click tracking, billing support, fraud prevention, and platform security.
  • Send account setup, password reset, profile review, billing, and service-related emails.

Private proof and public display

  • Private proof files are intended for review and are not automatically public.
  • Only information approved for public display appears on public profiles, certificates, directory cards, and share tools.
  • Unsupported, risky, misleading, or inappropriate claims may be rejected, hidden, or sent back for revision.

Payments and processors

  • Payments and card handling are processed through Stripe when checkout is enabled.
  • Reputation Elites stores billing identifiers, plan state, subscription status, invoice/customer references, and webhook records needed to operate access.
  • Reputation Elites does not intentionally store full credit card numbers inside WordPress.
