Rules for submitted profiles, verification language, proof assets, and public claims.

Submission rules

  • Submit accurate business identity, contact, location, service, and ownership details.
  • Use public profile language that is clear, supportable, and appropriate for the business category.
  • Do not submit fake reviews, fake credentials, misleading awards, private records, impersonation, or unsupported claims.

Proof standards

  • Private proof files should be uploaded through the dashboard and may be withheld from public display.
  • Only approved public details appear on profile pages, certificates, signed badges, and directory cards.
  • Raw licenses, insurance documents, and sensitive credentials should not be published unless intentionally approved.

Public profile standards

  • Use clear language that avoids guaranteed outcomes, fake authority, or unsupported superlatives.
  • Healthcare, legal, financial, and professional claims require extra care and may require revision before approval.
  • Public status is controlled by review workflow, not payment alone.
