A controlled profile review path before anything goes public.
Reputation Elites gives members a dashboard to submit business details, proof assets, media, social links, inquiry settings, and location data. Public profile changes are reviewed before they appear in the Directory.
What this means in practice
This page is designed to make the platform easier to trust before a visitor submits a claim, creates an account, or pays for a profile plan.
- Members submit business details, categories, locations, social links, Google Business Profile links, media, proof assets, and inquiry settings.
- Admins review profile updates before public changes go live.
- Only public-approved profiles appear in the Directory.
- Real profile engagement is separated by views, website clicks, GMB/social clicks, calls, and inquiries.
Core operating points
1. Member submits profile details
The member adds business name, category, city, website, phone, Google Business Profile, social links, services, credentials, photos, proof assets, and inquiry form settings from the member dashboard.
2. Admin reviews public changes
Updates are held as pending changes. Admins approve, request changes, or keep the profile private until the public profile is clean, accurate, and ready for buyers.
3. Approved profiles can appear publicly
Only published and public-approved profiles appear in the Directory. Preview/demo profiles stay clearly labeled and are not presented as verified paid members.
4. Real engagement is tracked
Profile views, website clicks, Google Business clicks, social clicks, calls, WhatsApp actions, and inquiries are separated so members can understand what their profile is generating.
